- Which browser and device you used (e.g. Safari on iPhone 15, Chrome on Windows).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The make of the camera or app that produced the file, if you know it. Please don’t attach the photo itself unless you’re comfortable sharing it — the details above are usually enough.
